Products & Ordering

Do you offer discounts?

Yes we will occasionally offer discounts through the year

There is currently a 10% discount on your first order if you sign up to our emailing club

Also a 15% discount on your next order if you share your new swag on social media and tag us

How do I pay for my purchase?

We allow most major payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay

How will my product be packaged?

  • Garments will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.
  • Mugs will be packed directly into a special smash-proof box.
  • Art prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and put into a triangular cardboard tube (with no plastic ends).
  • Cushions will be wrapped in Kraft paper.
  • Framed art prints are first wrapped in bio-degradable bubble wrap for added protection and shipped in purpose-made framed print boxes.

How do I send my shopping items to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we can't offer multiple addresses in a single order

If you want to send to more than one address then please use separate orders

Will you be offering other products for your print designs?

We may offer more products in the future

Shipping and Refunds

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for UK deliveries

International orders may vary depending on location

Please note on international orders that any custom duties are your responsibility to pay if charged

We offer worldwide shipping!

What are the shipping options?

You have the option of untracked, tracked, and courier services

How do I track my order?

You should receive an email with your tracking information

Please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox

What is your policy regarding returns, refunds and exchanges?

We offer a 30 day return policy, contact us to begin the process

If you want an exchange, we suggest you follow the refund process and then you can purchase the products you want

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

Oh no! If your items arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and sort it as soon as possible

How often do you release new designs for your products?

We offer new designs every second Monday, subscribe to our emails to be the first to grab them and for the chance for exclusive discounts

Will you allow guest artists for your designs?

We don't currently offer any guest artist positions, however if you want to send us your portfolio/Instagram, we'll keep it on file for future consideration if we change our mind
